Cost was more than fair. They came out and started work on time and finished quickly. They accidentally cut our internet cable, but patched it and it is still fine a month later. Update two months later. We just had a crazy rainstorm that dumped an inch of rain in less than two hours. Sump pump hardly ran and basement is dry as a bone. Wow…apparently, my drainage was terrible the day we moved in back in 2007. Glad I finally got it fixed. The best news is that they fixed the problem. I reached out to Chapman Drainage and the owner, Jeremy, reached out to me within a few hours even though he was out of country. I explained I had an urgent situation and he said he would have his partner, Kyle, get in touch with me. Kyle provided the estimate. The estimate was very detailed and they performed the work promptly and professionally. The absolute icing on the cake was the fact that they were less than half the price of Ohio Basement Authority! Highly recommend!!!

Great at taking and confirming appointments, terrible at actually showing up. States it takes up to 3 days to return voicemails, and to please send and email. Doesn’t respond to either or text messages. I’ve been burned twice now. If he is actually still in business, who knows for how long.
