Excellent work performed at my property for replacing downspout drains in the front yard. Work was completed on the day scheduled and done before I arrived home from work.
Cost was more than fair. They came out and started work on time and finished quickly. They accidentally cut our internet cable, but patched it and it is still fine a month later. Update two months later. We just had a crazy rainstorm that dumped an inch of rain in less than two hours. Sump pump hardly ran and basement is dry as a bone. I reached out to Chapman Drainage and the owner, Jeremy, reached out to me within a few hours even though he was out of country. I explained I had an urgent situation and he said he would have his partner, Kyle, get in touch with me. Kyle provided the estimate. The estimate was very detailed and they performed the work promptly and professionally. The absolute icing on the cake was the fact that they were less than half the price of Ohio Basement Authority! Highly recommend!!!
Great at taking and confirming appointments, terrible at actually showing up. States it takes up to 3 days to return voicemails, and to please send and email. Doesn’t respond to either or text messages. I’ve been burned twice now. If he is actually still in business, who knows for how long.
We had a sump pump and battery back up replaced by Chapman. The reason we chose Chapman to replace our sump pump is that it is all they do. Since they specialized in sump pumps and drainage we felt they definitely would know what they are doing and we were correct. Kyle was efficient and knowledgeable. He educated us on how the sump pump works and how to maintain it. We would use Chapman again for any drainage needs.
