I had an appointment scheduled for a few weeks ago and unfortunately Jeremy had to reschedule due to being sick. We set an appointment for the following week through email and no one showed. I then reached out to schedule another appointment and received no response after he reached out to confirm my address.

Slow communication. After over a week there was no effort to actually schedule a time to evaluate the problem and in turn get the job done. I was given an initial diagnostic hydro-jetting quote and wasn’t contacted for over a week. I had to cancel the service. Even if it’s busy season or whatever a clear line of communication could be maintained. Chapman sent out a sizeable team to knock this project out in an afternoon. They installed drain pipes running from new gutters off of our portico and were able to run the new drain lines into our existing drain lines. As promised during our consultation meeting they synced up their schedule for the day after our new gutters were installed. Getting in touch with them was a little tricky but we were able to make contact and still get on their schedule the day that we were looking to. We had already mulched our front beds for ... read more
