I am very happy with my experience with Chapman. They were prompt and communicative and completed the job within a couple of days of the estimate. My job included a multiple pipe repair in my front yard which included them having to dig up the damaged pipes. Chapman repaired my damaged grass and even put down grass seed. I appreciate their work and professionalism and the service they provided for my repair.

We asked Chapman Drainage to come out and give us a new downspout and sump pump drainage solution, as a previous contractor had done a poor job. Chapman was able to diagnose the problem and provide us with a working solution. In fact, they took a better and smarter approach than the previous contractor. They brought a good-sized team and got the work done very quickly. They were reasonably priced and did quality work. Chapman replaced my downspout drainage system on 8/25 while I was away. After the work was completed, I come home to discover a connection elbow buried less than one inch below the topsoil, which puts it at risk of damage from routine lawn care. Additionally, the crew trenched in unapproved areas without prior communication and left a pile of excavated rocks hidden behind my bushes. When I raised the depth concerns, a company representative stated that this depth was normal, but this was never communicated during the quoting... read more
