Been trying to schedule repairs with them through insurance for weeks and they wont answer the phone or return my calls. Terrible customer experience
I called ahead to ask if I needed an appointment to come get an estimate. Front desk lady said no it's on a walk-in basis. I drove to the location checked in and filled out some paperwork. after waiting 21 minutes, someone that came in after me was helped before me. So I went back up to the front desk and asked if there was an estimate of how much longer and she said no it just depends how busy the guys are in the shop. I just want to give a huge thank you to Matt an for the estimate and great service and a huge shout out to Andy for the friendly service and for getting someone to get me home today so my repairs can get started. As always Chapman Collision staff are amazing and very friendly and awesome customer service.
Great people here. Matthew (Matt) was the one who worked with me, providing several estimates on the course of over three months, giving me a fighting chance against a trash, third party claims management company called American Claims Management (one star rating on Yelp and Google reviews) who would quote unrealistic cost for parts and labor, less than half of real world repair cost.
