Chapman Chevrolet Collision, Tempe. Do not go there. They held my vehicle for 3 weeks without contacting me. I thought they were working on it. They did nothing but tear it apart. And when I finally called them , they said it was not repairable. How is it that I drove my vehicle in there and after they tore it apart they said it was not repairable? Don't go there!
Took my Chevy Colorado to get worked on. Great place to bring your vehicle Alex is a great manager. Phenomenal customer service....can't forget about ceasar he's been putting up with me for about a month. Awesome customer service from him as well. Thank you!!!! Will be sending new customers your way for sure!!!
I had my vehicle repaired at Chapman Collision and the experience was very disappointing. The quality of the work was awful — they left overspray all over the hood and there are still visible scratches that were never addressed. On top of that, the advisor never returned a single phone call, which made the whole process even more frustrating. For a professional repair shop, this kind of carelessness and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services.
