Just can't thank Tom enough. Was a rough battle with the insurance company. But Tom and Alex went above and beyond the normal scope of customer service for me. They took the time to talk with me multiple times over the phone and made sure I was completely happy. Even after the situation was resolved, Tom continued to help me and made sure I was completely happy and taken care of!! Means alot when a company stands on business. Means alot when they will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of!!!!

After a small fender bender i needed a new bumper cover on my BMW and Chapman Collision did a great job. Color match was good, new cover fitment was good. Got me in , parts ordered, painted and car back to me the same week. Huge shoutout to Aaron C. my estimator. Good peoples, great service.
