The representative told me if the front desk person does not answer to call the phone repeatedly until someone does. Myself as well as State Farm called multiple times to receive updates with no answer and no call back I received multiple notifications from my HYUNDAI app, letting me know that the lights were left on and to be aware of battery damage. Travis and John took care of a left front light and the front bumper that was damaged in my brand new car. A lady hit me backing out of her driveway while I was parked at night and I received a note. Not only are they courteous at this collision repair store but they're really went beyond to make sure that the vehicle looked like new.
