Service advisor was excellent and answered all of my questions with expert knowledge. The staff were all friendly
Terrible. Made appointment over phone for rearview mirror falling down due to bad adhesive on a 2024 Equinox, was told 2 days until I get the car back but after I said that's not an option ,they agreed they can do it in 45 mins; no costs were mentioned, couldn't tell me if this was under warranty. Never mentioned diagnostic fees. Had to put me on hold several times to get basic info from the Service department . Ultimately confirmed appointment . 40 minute drive with this safety issue.
