Awesome experience at this dealership! Leland helped us get into a new truck and the sales manager was really kind. I can’t say I’ve ever had the manager come over and have genuine conversation. Danny the finance guy was also very helpful. Will definitely be coming back when it’s time for something new.
Chace, the General Manager is not professional or able to have a productive conversation. If you go to him with an issue and try to talk to him, he will get extremely upset and talk over you to the point you can't even get a word in. This dealership clearly only cares about money and the bottom line even if they sell you a bad car. They'll patch you to get through the warranty and then tell you they don't want to help you. I was looking for a 2024/2025 Chevy Trax in the 2RS Trim. Upon entering the dealership, I was immediately greeted. The Chevy Trax I wanted to look at was not currently available, but the Saleswomen (Melissa) had me test drive another vehicle that was available. Pretty good experience overall ,the team was friendly and explained what was going on with my car. specially Paola and Joseph . There were some delays and a bit of back ,and forth, but in the end they got everything done as promised , the work seems solid and the price was clear, so Id come back if I need more service.
Took an hour longer than anticipated as we added another service onto the suggested ones. No smell of oil all over the engine, so that was good. Service Advisor was knowledgeable and kept me in the loop. Technician tested wiper blades, but didn't clean windshield afterwards, which left me to clean that up. :(
