Never buy a caravan off Michael Chapman you will be sorry.
Take your money and dont provide any customer service from there onwards. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I agree with all the other reviews here. Both Werner (supposed to be Customer Service and Warranty) and Michael (owner) are rude and unhelpful. When asking about warranty, got accused of harrassment and then constant lies. Disgraceful service.

We had to go in twice for parts for an old caravan and when we met Mick he was more than happy to help digging through second hand parts…. Even Using a whole Punch and hammer to help us out! We couldn’t thank them enough and we’ll buying of you guys In The future
