Brilliant experience dealing with Chapman. Easy communication and service.
Today we bought a new Franklin caravan from Chapman's. We could not fault the service, communication or value we received. We were pleasantly surprised by the trade in we were offered. The operation of the van was thoroughly explained to us and nothing seemed too much for them. The first service was done with no extra cost. We would thoroughly recommend Chapman's and will definately go back for services
Our experience with Chapman Caravans has been nothing short of a nightmare, and sadly it seems to match what so many others have already said. Once they have your money, that’s where the “service” ends. We dealt mainly with Michael and Werner, and the behaviour was exactly what other reviewers warned about — lies, excuses, damage, and warranty issues that were never resolved. We purchased our new Viscount V1 from Chapmans Caravans, & must say, we were pleasantly surprised throughout the entire experience. Mick Keany, from the sales team, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & was extremely helpful. On the day of hand-over, Mick had taken the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the van, which we were very grateful for.
