We bought a van with Chapmans just under 2 years ago and the sales team were great. They kept us informed and updated all the way through the build process and we even got the van a month early. What has been really great is their after sales service and warranty team. We had some minor and major warranty issues which were actioned quickly and professionally. The team were also super accommodating to our changing availabilities!
