Brought my 2016 X5 in for a growing noise in the left front area and felt it in the floor board. Had them do a test drive with me and acknowledged the groaning noise. But offered no option to fix just kind of brushed off to drive it till it gets worse. Then charged me $276.62 OTD for a diagnosis fee and that includes a money grab of 45$ shop materials fee. I mean, what shop materials do you use on a test drive? Highway Robbery….. What ever happened to taking care of the customer. Now it’s just push profits….
It was a great experience with Tylor and BMW. I came in for a routine maintenance and alignment. I never waited even 1 minute without being greeted and taken care of. The lobby was clean a d stocked up with snacks and drinks while you wait. They listened to my concerns and questions about my car and catered to my needs and what my car can do. Great place to service at!
