Phones to service department dont work.
Some how my review got removed. Very interesting. Took 3 years of no one calling it emailing back about gap insurance info. Needed to collect after car totaled. I had to just pay off the car and call the 25 times it more, leaving vm, and going in person twice and still nothing
Jordan Snow was my sales advisor, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He represented BMW well. When we get our next BMW we will look for him. I would like to thank him for his outstanding performance.
