Spent 5 hours waiting on a 2 hour repair. I called ahead to set up a appointment to have a bad thermostat replaced. I did this because I could not drop my car off but had to stay with it. arrived at 8 a.m. as soon as the shop opened. 5 HOURS LATER! I was out of there. It turns out if you are not a regular you get shunted to the back of the line.
