My initial thoughts on Chapman's auto body was it was gonna be a good experience it was up to the point when I picked up my truck and the part they were supposed to keep for me they said that was conveniently thrown out but I honestly don't think it was And then they're supposed to have somebody call me back to confirm if the part was actually thrown out and no one's ever contacted me on top of that I have a problem with my fuel efficiency now to the point where it's burning an extra hundred kilometres in gas per tank and th... read more
Amazing experience overall, they fixed my dent and repainted the door better than how it came from the dealership lol. Also Jen Murley was giving me an easy time for the whole experience in general so thank you so much and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for excellent quality.
We have had the fortunate/unfortunate experience having to work with Chapman's over the last year. The unfortunate part was two separate accidents, the fortunate part was dealing with all of the staff at Chapman. A particular call out of Todd who in my opinion had gone above and beyond making our experience easier with stellar customer service and attention to detail. Once again thank you!!!
I was extremely pleased with all of the staff and quality of work that I received from Chapman. Would highly recommend their work.
