Absolutely worst service Ive ever received. Took 2 months until my vehicle was fixed following a collision. First 2 weeks my vehicle just sat there no progress. Upon pick up realized they painted it the wrong color and there was issues with steering. Management refused to even look at the steering said to goto the dealer!!!!
Good day,I just wanted to extend my absolute appreciation for the team and skully for just an amazing job on my elantra, not only get my door fender ect all looking seriously brand new they also detailed inside and out which I was not expecting but man sure appreciate! I cannot give enough praise for skully and every one else who handled my baby!! Thanks everyone simply amazing!!
so pleased! They made everything easy from navigating our insurance, coordinating a rental and the work was impeccable. We had a lot of questions and they took the time to reply to all of them. I received 2 progress updates to let me know at what stage of repair work my car was at. I also LOVED that my car was returned to me having been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. I feel very well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Chapmans auto body did a fantastic job on my car. My repair was scheduled for 6 days but it was finished earlier. My car was spotless on the inside and out, which I didn’t know was included in the repair. I highly recommend getting car repairs done at this auto body shop in Bedford.
