Chapman auto is just one guy in a truck. The service is terrible. The job was poor. My window still leaked after 3 trips to fix it. Had Safelite install a new window and they had to clean up the mess he made. Haven't been able to get my money back yet. He hung up on me and won't return calls. He missed every appointment he set to work on windshield. Oh well, there is always small claims court.
