I've lived in Payson since 1993 and have enjoyed Chapmans friendliness and quality work. I have bought and sold GMC Jimmy, Jimmy SUV, PT Cruiser, Chrysler 300, bought Hyundai Kona.
I took my truck to Chapman to get looked at. They charged me way too much just to re set my software on my truck. When my truck went in to be looked at for the air suspension. They told me it was fixed cause they drove it 12 miles. When that has nothing to do with why my air suspension doesn’t work. Then i call back 4 times after they gave me my truck back to ask them to look at my truck again. They haven’t called me back or reached out.
