I was camping in Payson on a Saturday when my check engine light turned on in my Jeep. I drove it into Chapman Jeep and Paul in service offered to pull the code. Turns out it was in need of a software update and even though they were short staffed on a weekend day with reduced hours they worked me in, got the system updated and even confirmed that the update was under warranty. I was back on the road confident that I was safe on the long drive home. I highly recommend Chapman Jeep in Payson!

I was traveling from Texas and going to Gold Canyon. I had car problems that resulted needing a software update. My three grandkids were with me along with my daughter. They took great care of us. Thank you all so much. Also, I realized I left a bag in the waiting room. Two days later they delivered a car close to Gold Canyon and said they would bring the bag with them so I didn’t have to travel back to Payson (11/2 hour drive). They are so kind and I will be forever grateful. Your whole staff rocks!!

Service department is so helpful. I broke down in Payson and limped to the dealership. They fixed me right up and got me on the road. Very thankful for them.

Well thank you guys at Chapman, again! Johnny O , great deal on the new truck! Again you get 5 stars and Rousey gives you 5 tail wags and only requests that you put in a ice cream dispenser, because she says everyone would come to your car place for the ice cream, and naturally they would look around and buy lots of cars and trucks! Rousey loves her new truck and thanks you very much.
