Very courteous and professional. Tyler went above & beyond to find comps for our lender. Very happy with the appraisal and their professionalism.

I highly recommend them. They are very responsive and got my appraisals done more quickly than expected.
The most unprofessional, under qualified appraiser I've ever dealt with. They refused to use the info given to them about the property instead saying things like "whatever" and "I don't look for underground utilities" even though they were sent all the permits and information for it. I will be reporting to the state licensing board. Worst ever. Do not use them if you want a fair valuation.
