me and my teddy had the pleasure of being seen by Themba! my pup who’s a bit shy around men was treated with kindness and patience by Themba. He was super kind and happy to answer absolutely any and all my questions! cannot recommend enough, thank you so much!
We had to put our precious boy to sleep recently and the staff were so kind, caring, patient and compassionate let us have time with our boy did not rush us in anyway they also took care of our girl while we were with our boy. Thank you for the understanding and kindness.
I had to tell them my dog was dead in their own facility. I paid a $1500 deposit to have my dog taken in for intensive care, I called the following morning for a check up and they said call back later, they ended up calling me back later and telling me I need to pay for further treatment or euthanasia, I asked if I could come see him before making a decision, they put me on hold for 15 minutes then said I can come now, I live no more than 5 minutes away so jumped in the car and went straight there. Saw my very sick dog when no other vet in Geraldton could. Friendly staff and caring team.
Have visited twice (live 5 hours away each way) and on both occasions was greeted by the Reception team as if we were long lost family and the love they showed to my pup was heartwarming. And this experience was continued with the vet whose gentleness and easy explanation about what was happening and why!!! Put me very much at ease. I would definitely recommend Chapman Animal Hospital to anyone who loves their fur babies and animal friends.
