1. Do not expect return calls when leaving message with “answering service”. All it is good for us just that, answering calls. 2. Do not expect timely invoices. I received a bill in February for services from April to December. 3. Do not expect courteous service if trying to figure out billing. Rather than help me figure out a billing discrepancy, I was argued with and hung up on. I needed to also make an appt for my child, which obviously didn’t happen.
