I retained Maggie for my divorce and instead of fighting for me and taking my wishes seriously she would try to manipulate my decisions through suggesting possible negative outcomes. This was also done by her when I was trying to get an order of protection when that also became necessary. I had a consultation with a lawyer here in January. I was told that they would do some research regarding my claim and get back to me. Here we are almost 4 months later and I haven’t heard a peep. A few months back I tried getting in touch but they were never available and never returned my calls. What exactly did I pay the $50 consultation for? Coward is the city of jamesport attorney and recently involved with the city of jamesport and daviess county sheriff with tearing down fence and moving rocks saying they had sprinkled a little gravel so they now own rights to a so called road dangerously going right through middle of property but showed no proof and then said there was an old highway yet again no proof/modot says there wasn't also and city clerk previously stated the city didn't even own the area etc and told modot employee she never maintained it etc as she... read more
