My mother called to be changed at 7;30 after defecating on herself. She continued to call desk At 10;40 the head nurse came into her room and told her they were busy and to stop pressing the call button. It's 11 am and she's still lying in crap. I live out of town so I can't get there. I left message with the director of nursing but haven't heard back.
