Repeat customer! I have worked several times with Parseg, his wife and staff. In every situation I have found them all to be absolutely experienced, very fair, reasonable and honest! Their pieces in the showroom and those they custom design are gorgeous and represent a true craft and care. You need not shop around, I've worked with many different places over the years and Chaplin's is in a class of their own.
I had a fantastic experience at Chaplin's! I went in for a simple watch resizing but ended up staying for ~30 minutes just to chat with the owners. They were extremely personable and welcoming. My watch fits perfectly now, and I got to learn more about them in the process. I would definitely come back in the future!
I had a fantastic experience at Chaplin’s! Parseg is a wonderfully talented jeweler who was able to create a beautiful custom ring for me using an old diamond heirloom that other jewelers said they couldn’t work with. He did it with extreme care—and the result is stunning. The price was also very reasonable, which I truly appreciated. Chaplin’s is a fantastic business. I can’t recommend them highly enough!
