Used this firm as the closing attorney/escrow agent for a home purchase. As part of the deal, there was a seller possession agreement with a 3-day deadline to submit any property deficiency list after the sellers vacated. But this deadline was never explained to me at signing or afterward, by the firm or the listing agent. I'd already agreed to let the sellers stay in the house for an additional two weeks after closing, at no charge, to accommodate their family's needs. Faisal Qureshi was horribly rude and wouldn’t disclose information about my disbursement. I found him to be harsh, abrasive, dismissive and frankly sexist. I would not recommend.
