They Chaged the Tires immediately at a very fair price, got a really good deal for a set of 4 tires to be replaced. This hasn't been my first time and Definitely won't be our last. We will be back for oil changes and break changes in near future!😁
I went to this shop on 10/12/2025 to have my alternator replaced. The mechanic removed the hose connected to the water pump and used a trash bag as a temporary plug to stop the water from leaking. He forgot to remove it after installing the alternator, which caused my car to overheat and resulted in engine failure. I’ve called and texted multiple times and left several messages, but I haven’t received any response.
My saving grace!!! Pep Boys turned me away 45 mins before close and thank golly these guys were here to help!! Thanks guys! I appreciate u A LOT !
