I went to this shop on 10/12/2025 to have my alternator replaced. The mechanic removed the hose connected to the water pump and used a trash bag as a temporary plug to stop the water from leaking. He forgot to remove it after installing the alternator, which caused my car to overheat and resulted in engine failure. I’ve called and texted multiple times and left several messages, but I haven’t received any response.
My saving grace!!! Pep Boys turned me away 45 mins before close and thank golly these guys were here to help!! Thanks guys! I appreciate u A LOT !

Very bad customer service it says they close at 9pm i showed up at 7pm. Business was open all the lights on cars outside and he did not take my car.
