Andy is a super honest mechanoc who operates without any upsell pushiness. He came highly recommended from multiple friends and I am glad I listened to them. My older car was in good hands.
Honest work by an honest guy with fair pricing. Won't try to upsell you or recommend work you don't need! Doesn't talk down and takes his time explaining everything.
Andrew is so incredibly honest, tells it like it is, and does excellent repair work. Chapin's Auto Services is a real treasure.
I almost want to selfishly not post anything so this place doesn't become too popular, but Chapin's Auto is too awesome. I saw a recommendation from Reddit and it did not disappoint. Andy was very kind, informative, and took time to explain what was wrong and what needed fixed. I immediately trusted this guy, unlike when I take my car to a national chain. I'm just sad I found this place after so many years living in Columbus. I will be using Chapin's Auto for all my future car servicing needs.
