They never answer the phone and the answering service never gets a hold of them either. Understaffed or not you need to find a way to have people call in instead of having to drive to the place.

I had a procedure done back in early December of 2024 that I was overcharged for, as a result I was suppose to receive a refund. From December to April 3rd, I have attempted multiple times to get the refund processed. I was told the only person who could process it was the Office Manager, Kristy Morris. I ended calling and emailing Kristy Morris multiple times for days in a row.
