Not happy at all! I purchased a sprayer, took it home, opened it up, and to my suprise, there were missing parts, a crinkled up parts list, and someones scribbled initials on the inside of the box. Not professional at all and did not meet my expectations.
Horrible rude ladies that answer the phones. Was sold as 5 year warranty but they won't honor it. I would leave 0 stars if it Wald let me. Their salt spreaders break within the first 8-12 hours of use. Horrible product Horrible people and don't honor their warranty
No respect
I have a red sprayer and home depot stopped selling Xylene,I used what is supposed to do the same job as far as cleaning the sprayer and it unfortunately peeled the coating inside, and as a result according to the nice lady on the phone is not covered under their warranty.........so be careful whenever cleaning your sprayer,that way you don't have to throw away $200+ in valuable equipment for your business like myself
I use their 3 gallon pump sprayer for my Jiu-Jitsu academy to spray mat cleaner and the quality is exceptional. I broke the sprayer handle and contacted customer service to see if I could buy the broken part instead of having to buy a new sprayer and they responded promptly by sending me the replacement part at N/C. The locking tabs on the pump broke off (normal wear and tear) and same experience with customer service.
