Please don't waste your money on Chapin products! I purchased two of their 'professional' sprayers this year (one electric) and both failed within weeks. Customer service said "sorry for the inconvenience" but our products aren't made to stand up to 'round up' like chemicals. Not sure what the rest of your customers are spraying, but be careful about anything but water. What a rip off to the consumer!
I have been using Chapin for 4 years. And I have to say, I really dislike their sprayers. I have taken them apart after each job but they still leak after about 3 uses. Now I only use acrylic based solvent sealers to seal concrete. I only do reseals. I only use the chapin Xtreme because the other one may only hold water. I have to say the biggest issue is the handle. They should use something stronger than a toothpick to close the opening. I'm happy to have found a new brand that uses better materials.
When you send a customer on a wild goose chase that lasts a better part of a week to a retail outlet that is incompetent it tends to irritate the customer. When that irritated customer calls to get help and is dismissed by an operator that doesn't know how to handle an angry customer, it is not your feelings that are important and hanging up on a customer because you do not have the emotional or professional capability to assist such a customer is very poor service. Should’ve known a company based in BATAVIA would be pure trash. Wish I knew before I ordered. This sprayer is a complete piece of trash. I’ve been on hold For a hour trying to get through to someone to get my money back. Had time to leave an Amazon review and this review. Still on hold.
Bought their sprayer through Amazon and it was broken. I called them and sent all the pictures they asked for and they would not respond back to me.
