Should’ve known a company based in BATAVIA would be pure trash. Wish I knew before I ordered. This sprayer is a complete piece of trash. I’ve been on hold For a hour trying to get through to someone to get my money back. Had time to leave an Amazon review and this review. Still on hold.
Bought their sprayer through Amazon and it was broken. I called them and sent all the pictures they asked for and they would not respond back to me.
There are only a few companies that have ever “WOWed’ me with their customer service. I have only called in twice to customer service. They are the best! I feel like they want to please. Both times I have hung up and said “I am a customer for life!” I only purchase their products. I tell everyone this is how you treat customers! I will pay more for this reason.
Not happy at all! I purchased a sprayer, took it home, opened it up, and to my suprise, there were missing parts, a crinkled up parts list, and someones scribbled initials on the inside of the box. Not professional at all and did not meet my expectations.
