He made an on-site visit, inspected the attic, took measurements, and provided a quote and detailed explanation before he left. Very thorough and no hard sell. Two extremely polite and hard workers ripped out and replaced my damaged insulation from my crawl space. I was so impressed how polite they were! They went above and beyond and got rid of several rats and babies and even a snake! They seemed genuinely happy to help me with all that! It was a pleasure having them do the work for me.
