Rick Purdy and the team at PTSMC in New Haven are extremely professional, responsive and thorough. Rick has helped me through vertigo challenges, he makes the time to see me on short notice when he has a full schedule because my world is spinning. I highly recommend Rick and applaud the entire team for their person centered care.
I am very impressed with the caliber of the physical therapists in this practice. My PT, Rick Purdy, spent an hour in the consultation assessing my problem. His diagnosis and treatment has been very effective. I was seen on time and see the same therapist at each session. I highly recommend this group of physical therapists.
