We moved back to Irmo after becoming patients at Chapin Family Practice, however we have remained with this great healthcare staff. It is well worth the 15 mile drive to continue getting such great personal care. Lashell Head has ALWAYS been very aggressive with my health needs and she really listens to my concerns when I meet with her.
