This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaner. I had a gown damaged because, they use the old handwrite thei tickets and actually wrote directly on to a garment, I had to bring it back and they caused damage by trying to clean up their mistake, however the biggie is on one of the biggest days ever, they literally gave me the wrong suit jacket.
