When Mr. Leonard owned this place it was simple and run by a nice man. However once he sold it to Stuart Wilson - it takes a miracle to get a hold of the owner and it takes another miracle to have him work with you on anything. Be prepared for one headache after another and everything you store completely covered in dirt. There was 3” of dirt in the bottom of the unit when I moved out.
