So far, so good. Bought a new car and traded the old one in. They gave me more than one of their competitors offered for my old one, kept me up to date during the whole process of getting the new one including getting the vehicle here from another Chapelhouse. Rhys has been very helpful throughout. Added extras on for free including paint protection and I especially liked the extended warranty that they add on.
Last time we visited a rude saleswoman did not listen to what we wanted, or needed. We went elsewhere, This time a great guy called Paul, came over just to greet and say cars are open don't be silly having a look around. Just when we thought we'd struck a deal we priced a new one instead, Paul priced it up, applying BLC discount I will use Paul when my car needs updating. Patient and knowledgeable.
