Bought a discovery sport of chapelfeild Car Sales. Dealt with Earl who was great on the phone and a nice guy. Had the car delivered a week later . On inspection of the car I found the drivers door bottom trim not fitted properly and later found the same on the passenger door to . Which I had done as they needed new fastening clips. Also no rubber on the rear window wiper ??. A large red mark on the roof lining. White on the rear seats ? I loved the car I got for my first car it is a Beauty and Great service from Earle and the team — kept me updated all the way through and sorted everything out. Car arrived in perfect condition and looks stunning. Definitely recommend!
Visited Earle a couple of weeks ago in desperate need of a cheap car to get me through the next few weeks until my return to France in October. I can't fault his help and advice, he had to deal with my anxiety and dealing with a lot. He had a car that was in budget and went out of his way to check things out for me and process the sale. I couldn't fault the experience and his help, and I don't dread trying to start my car in the morning anymore =) Thanks Earle and the team.
Good customer service and nice cars
Fantastic selection of cars and extremely helpful and genuine staff. I spoke with Earle to buy the car and he couldn’t have been more willing to help. Very friendly and had all the answers I was looking for. Felt very comfortable and over the moon with my new car. Highly recommend
