Management at Dandara Chapel Wharf show little to no accountability. They operate more like a clique than a professional housing provider, protecting their own interests instead of tenants. Serious breaches are ignored or downplayed depending on who the tenant is, which is both unsafe and discriminatory. I am the mother of one of the tenants here at Chapman House, and I can honestly say how drab, boring and uncaring the whole team are here now since some of the key members of staff left over a year ago such as the manager Dalaney I think his name was, he was so friendly, driven, hard working and his whole character was just so comforting and brilliant.
