Patients left to wonder about. Walking into other people's room and just helping them selfsame to people's things I took a tv for y nanan the remote went missing someone came in and stole 4 pairs of glasses and all my family members sweets jelly toffee mints chocolates crisp it's disgusting .. when I challenged the staff they banned me from going back .. PLEASE DONT SEND YOUR FAMILY HERE

My mother was a much loved and valued resident by all the staff. Words cannot express my sincere gratitude for the love and kindness shown to my mum during her stay. Mum was on end of life care, and was treated with such dignity. The staff went above and beyond daily. From the cleaners, the care assistants, nurses, and manager. As a family member, I was shown so much empathy, and warmth. There are some real Angles at work at Chapel View.
