This is the best Medical centre in the Melbourne! Friendly reception, caring doctor Michael who is still doing the thorough follow-up. The best administrator Julie will try her best to fit you in to help.The whole team makes you feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommended. Great help for the community.
Doctor Battat actually takes the time to ask questions as to what your ailments are. Sometimes you have to wait a bit longer but I feel the service is worth it. Infinitely better than some of the bulk billing clinics.

Doctor thinks he's a psychologist. Worst customer service experience. Zero privacy with doctor and secretary discussing medical condition in front of others. Doctor is incompetent. I've never given someone such a low rating before. Do not go here.
