The staff are rude and disrespectful, with no sense of organization. The work is done in a chaotic manner, and there is no respect for drivers. Very disappointing experience.
Very poor experience. Instead of simply removing one plate, they made me wait 40 minutes while loading other trucks, even though I was the first in line. The staff seemed completely unorganized and acted without any common sense
