Kristi is not only a wonderful landlord, but she’s a wonderful person all across the board! She’s extremely kind & nice, understanding and honestly just a joy to be around/ talk to! She takes the time to get to know her tenants, listen to their issues and problems and get them fixed or worked on extremely quick. My roommate says that Kristi was part of the deciding factor to move here! As she’s so friendly and positive, again not only as a person, but to work with as a landlord too! If I could give zero stars (The Avenue at Johnson Commons). I absolutely would. While moving in might be easy, once you’re a tenant here, it quickly becomes a nightmare. The management is disorganized, unprofessional, and extremely poor at communicating important information. I travel for work and explained months in advance that I would not be renewing my lease. Going into the office, Kristi, was not friendly at all and very rude
I had the pleasure of working with Kristi, the assistant property manager at this apartment complex, and she is hands down the best person we’ve interacted with in our search for a new place. Out of all the other complexes we’ve visited, Kristi stands out as the most professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful individual.
