This place is horrible to rent from the police won’t do anything either. I had a football thrown at my windshield on purpose and I knew who did it the office and police did nothing about it. Also have $500 of car damage I’ve endured in the past two months. I ended up moving. Also weed smoking and drugs there. Management Sara doesn’t care She even told me if you live here expect your car to get damaged. I would not recommend this place to anybody even on my worst enemy
Kinda ghetto.
Everybody friendly, their kid oriented. They do things and have programs for the kids here in the apartment complex and during the summer and all through the year and they have meetings for the neighbors to get to know each other. It’s just a very kind and friendly apartment complex.
I see a lot of ppl complaining about this complex. I hardly EVER have issues. If things break down they come in a timely manner, I haven’t had any issues with neighbors. I don’t mind kids outside playing. I don’t like that they try n give adults curfews though. The kids I get it…But as an adult nobody is going to give me a curfew and tell me I can’t go outside on my property or balcony after 9pm in the summer that’s absurd. The gym is Nice.
