I to start out with not once, but twice they have been there for me and my family. My Mom passed away back in 8/2024, and just recently my Dad passed 2/2026. I would say there very professional, but THEY ARE MORE FAMILY ORIENTED . They have kept in touch with me to see how I am doing, not out of obligation, but they Really do care. Chapel of the twin cities was really helpful during the process of my father’s passing. My step mother said she really was comforted by the care that was taken to help with the processing the family’s wishes. The follow up text from the chapel was very nice and helped ease my pain I really appreciate the time taken by the staff it was very comforting, thank you very much for everything.
