The staff is very professional and knowledgeable they take their time to help you. Everyone that works at Chapel of the Roses is very kind and friendly. They offer several services.
I have used Chapel of the Roses twice. First when my father passed away a couple of years ago & recently with my mother. On both occasions, Dennis had helped with everything. He made the process easy & not complicated. When my father passed away, he was in Salinas and I was worried that I would not be able to get him since it was too far away. Dennis made sure that everything was taken care of. I am very grateful for the ease and the professionalism that I experience.
The funeral director and the other personnel in this mortuary are very helpful and easy to talk with , not too much fuss and quite accommodating . They show they care and does not exist for business purpose only . Thank you !!
Dennis was extremely empathic through the whole process. He was always available to answer my 100 questions and never made me feel like I was bothering him and he help guide me to ensure I had everything I wanted and needed for the service.
Excellent support and care during the entire journey. Very professional and courteous staff. Would highly recommend them.
