Five stars for Nicholas Ramos. So professional, compassionate, attentive and considerate of the services our dad desired. Unfortunately, other employees violated contract discreetly, disclosing personal and financial information to third parties having had nothing to do with the services or legal contracts that were signed and upheld to. How unfortunate we cannot grieve in peace having to deal with this behavior and unprofessionalism.
