We’d been to services here but until now never had to enlist funeral services. From the minute we entered Paul and his staff made us feel instantly at ease. They were very efficient and treated us with patience and understanding which is what we needed during this emotional time. Highly recommend Chapel of the Highlands.

From the initial preplanning services over a year ago to the recent passing of our mother, we were always treated with warmth & compassion. I would highly recommend this chapel!
Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at Chapel of the Highlands in Millbrae. I arrived around three in the afternoon to visit my mother, who was to be buried the following day (today). Nick H and an unidentified female office clerk were unfriendly, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The facility was messy and unorganized, and the employees appeared unkempt.
