The staff at Chapel of the Highlands went above and beyond for me and my family. I believe the first time I attended a service there, I was around seven years old. From the initial preplanning services over a year ago to the recent passing of our mother, we were always treated with warmth & compassion. I would highly recommend this chapel!
Yesterday, I had a terrible experience at Chapel of the Highlands in Millbrae. I arrived around three in the afternoon to visit my mother, who was to be buried the following day (today). Nick H and an unidentified female office clerk were unfriendly, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The facility was messy and unorganized, and the employees appeared unkempt. I also appreciated their willingness to address concerns and make things right, which reflected genuine care for the families they serve. Paul and his team handled everything smoothly, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others in the future.
Chapel of the Highlands has helped my family severals times during our time of loss with their compassion and professionalism. Paul Larson and his staff are always kind. resourceful, and readily available to answer questions. The facility is clean, has good parking, and conveniently located.
