My son passed away and this funeral home made sure everything was great for me. We had my son cremated and I wasn’t happy with the urn and they were so quick to accommodate me and fix the issue so I would be happy with the urn for my son, highly recommend their services.

unfortunately i personally experienced deep seated and systemically engrained racism within the all ranks of service members. i strongly urge all First Nation bands that contractually work with this company to seek other providers where respect and dignity are NOT compromised by racism biases and discrimination. specifically a FN family that was served, & were forced to leave their families service to go purchase more tissues when this company PRIDES themselves on having extra “branded” boxes on hand and staff are generally ... read more

Very happy with my grandmothers passing and cremation services. Available at anytime, very professional, pricing was clear and sent prior to any decisions. Very helpful with all of the coordination and paperwork needed.

The staff at McInnis & Holloway were exceptionally kind and helpful. There media team did a wonderful job with both the pamphlets and the slide show, and were very patient with requested changes. It's hard to call out any one person because everyone did a great job explaining and smoothing the process. But I will give special thanks to the people that came to the house to bring my mom's body to the funeral home, they were so caring and gentle. And also David and the team at the funeral were excellent. Very grateful.
