The staff at McInnis & Holloway were exceptionally kind and helpful. There media team did a wonderful job with both the pamphlets and the slide show, and were very patient with requested changes. It's hard to call out any one person because everyone did a great job explaining and smoothing the process. But I will give special thanks to the people that came to the house to bring my mom's body to the funeral home, they were so caring and gentle. And also David and the team at the funeral were excellent. Very grateful.

Very puzzling as to why their basic cremation cost is almost double what a basic cremation costs in BC. Very pushy securing a deposit and payment.

Wonderful experience. Great pricing. And most importantly the staff is very accommodating and understanding. Sara(h) was a delight to deal with and dealt with everything in an exquisite manner and her French accent made things ever better! Thank you mcinnis & Holloway and sara(h).
