We had my Mom’s Viewing and Funeral Service at Chapel of Memories and everything went smoothly as we had planned and hoped for. The facility was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate of what we were all going through. They kept asking us if there was anything they could do for us or needed, also the day after the Service. We are very appreciative and grateful for their help. Thank you Robert and Sarah.
My parents prearranged their funeral arrangements 23 years ago. My dad passed away in 2005 and my mom just passed away this month. Our family couldn't have been happier with the excellent customer service at Chapel of Memories. From the initial visit with Alicia to make the final funeral plans until our mom's memorial service, everything went perfectly. The costumer service was great. They really help out with the process of everything and were really thoughtful and considerate. Made everything really easy to handle Definitely recommend.
When my husband passed, all I could think of was the usual clichés- denial, it's all a dream, it can't be true, but it was. I was scared. What do I do next- how do I plan for his needs? Unfortunately I have suffered many losses. Everytime I have used this location and I continued because of the there great service they provided.
