The staff was friendly, but our family’s overall experience was disappointing and added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. We experienced repeated communication and coordination issues throughout the process. Our family has trusted Chapel of Memories for many years, most recently when our mother passed into stillness. Everyone is so helpful, patient (I had a lot of questions) and really took time to ensure everything went smoothly and with dignity.
