My husband passed away and I chose Chapel of Chimes to take care of him because we had used them before when my husband's mother passed away and had a positive experience. My daughter and I had an appointment with Quisha. We had such a wonderful experience with her including when I picked up my husband’s ashes and the death certificate. She made us feel like we were old friends, she was so easy to talk to. Staff was great for getting things scheduled. We needed our Veteran K9 moved from one urn to a customized one. Keisha(I hope I’m spelling her name right) was wonderful to work with.

Making the arrangements were thoughtful and simple. The only problem was the day of the viewing. We bought our grandfather a new suit, shoes, everything. We brought it all into the funeral home the day prior, like we were told to do and spoke with the gentleman we had been making the arrangements with. We not only handed him the outfit and accessories but we also made the payment, he told us our grandfather would be dressed and ready by 11am. When my mother passed away, the gentlemen that came to take her showed up in their pj's. The next day at our appointment, the same guy showed up in the same pj's, got mad at me for sitting in his spot at the table, and took 3 separate phone calls during the meeting. Personally wouldn't recommend.
