In September, our family entrusted Chapel Memorial Funeral Home (CMFH) with the arrangements for my mother-in-law’s final services. As someone who has never had to make a funeral arrangement and is unsure of how to deal with the loss of my mother, Valerie was a beacon of kindness to me and my husband, offering a warm and welcoming presence that instantly put us at ease, which was especially appreciated as I was likely a challenge to deal with at first. She guided me through the process with compassion and patience, giving me the time and space I needed, and for that, I am forever grateful. Highly recommend
