My mother passed away June 23rd of this year. We had to pay before her service for the plate of the date of her death. The plot was already there. We were told it takes about 12 weeks. Veterans weekend we went out to put flowers on the grave of her and my father. Plate was not there. Spoke with sales manager and district manager Monday after was told it would be put on ASAP.
