I've been coming to this location for at least 5 years. The team here is honest and helpful. They have a detailed inspection report I find helpful, but don't push extra services. Their prices are middle of the road, but that means I able to take good care of my car.Â

I came in with a screw in my tire. I remembered I had purchased hazard insurance when I bought the tires from Store X, and wanted to see if they would offer help. Chapel HIll Tire discovered the problem was bigger, that the alignment had badly worn the tire, and so it could not be patched safely. They gave me a quote on the replacement tires, and the alignment. Further, they mounted the spare, and did not even charge me for the service.
