On 1/16/23, So the nature of my complaint is based on this business ripping me off for services that I had done there I was charged $69.00 for a diagnostic which I had initially taken my car there for a sound underneath the car to which they had me address it and asked that I look at the brakes being done which I agreed too at the time they reported needing a whole system done which would cost me $1200 which is a bit much for the type job I agreed they completed these services. My wife and have been long time customers and relatively happy with the service. Not this time though. I was going to bring my car for oil change and tire rotation (I bought 4 tires for my car there several years ago and rotation was supposed to be for free of charge). I booked my appointment on line but received no confirmation within 3 days. When I checked in person, I was told that something is wrong with their on line system. Dishonest. My college student daughter took her car in because the diagnostic light went on. They told her she needed emergency repairs that would cost around $800. She drove the car home and took it to our dealer, and they said nothing was wrong that a tire rotation and oil/filter change wouldn’t fix. $35 later, the car runs fine. Don’t take your car here, especially if you’re young and female.
