This FH is a scam, Mom bought family plots when she buried 2 of her young children here in the 50’s.. Mom died at 96 y/0. Son bought casket according to FH specs, but informed not acceptable, scam to buy 2nd casket thru Chapel Hill. Several healthcare facilities and pastors/chaplains have shared negative experiences w/ chapel hill. Our adult son died unexpectedly and Palmer was gracious, workable, and no surprises. I have used Chapel Hill for many internments of my family, and I am always amazed at the level of caring, the professionalism, and the patience they have demonstrated.
Words cannot begin to explain how much Chapel Hill helped my family and I during the worst time of my life, of losing my mom and dad. They guided me through everything with patiences and humility. The kindness that we were offered and support will forever be in my heart. I truly recommend Chapel Hill.
