If I could give Chapel Hill Funeral Home zero stars, I would. This was by far the most heartless, greedy, and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered during such a difficult time. From the start, it was clear that their priority was money—not providing a compassionate service. The prices were outrageously high, and they nickel-and-dimed us at every turn.
