If I could give Chapel Hill Funeral Home zero stars, I would. This was by far the most heartless, greedy, and unprofessional experience I have ever encountered during such a difficult time. From the start, it was clear that their priority was money—not providing a compassionate service. The prices were outrageously high, and they nickel-and-dimed us at every turn. Don't like that they use an answering service. Impossible game of phone tag with this place. Also can you guys please stop harassing us with sales pitches?
Most polite and helpful staff you could ask for! They really make your time spent with them feel personal and the only things they are concerned with at that time. Best experience one can have under these circumstances.
