Last year I took my vehicle to Chappel Motors for a service and MOT, I was charged £261 and at the time thought it to be high. With that in mind, this year I decided to try and alternative garage in Bootle. I had the exactly the same done and was charged £170?, Yes a difference of £91?. Obviously once bitten comes to mind.
I have taken my car here for three years now and have had nothing but excellent service. Not only is the quality of the work to a high standard, but the staff are fantastic; friendly, polite and never patronising. As a woman with a small car and no mechanical knowledge very much a cliche, I never feel intimidated or stupid and no job is too small. Highly recommend Phil and his crew, you will struggle to find better!
Always found them helpful and reasonable both in price and timescales for work. Friendly, offers advice and truthful. If a job doesn’t need doing at that time will tell you.
