This place is definitely hard to find, but well worth it! Use the address "1 Judd Rd, Van Alstyne, TX" with your favorite navigation app and you'll get here just fine. Beautiful homes on 1+ Acre lots. Lara is great to work with. We never felt pressured and were able to tour several model homes on our own.
