Very polite property manager. Glad they are keeping this community safe by restricting dogs and the rules just get better and better. No I am not being sarcastic. Round applause for FG communities
Awful. They haven't cleaned my boyfriend's septic tank in over a decade and the place constantly smells like sewage or something dead. It's also full of rude, selfish and loud people who are constantly arguing. They don't care if you neglect your home or never cut the grass. They'll keep you if you keep paying them money because they're money hungry and raised the lot rent to $520 dollars. Shame on you!
Residents are extremely rude. Accused me of something I didn't do and some teenager threatened to chase me down if he seen me walk past his house. The property manager is nice and the tree fort is amazing. Overall, I give this place a 7/10

Ehhh.. it's alright. Some of the residents are nice, some are super rude. There's dogs running everywhere, one of them almost attacked me, one that lives right beside my trailer, and it always breaks off the chain. Property manager said she'll talk to the woman who lives there, but she still isn't there, and these dogs are scaring the crap out of my outdoor cats and making them run away, I haven't seen my cat for days because of a dog.
