Excellent!!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food came super quick and was very tasty. 2nd visit - 8/2026, was a bit disappointed this time. My daughter got nachos and the cheese was cold. Lunch for the 4 of us, and 2 of us shared a quesadilla and it was over $60. A bit pricey IMO
Good place to eat
We visit the Yankton area each summer and Chaparros is high on our must-visit list. The tacos are absolutely delicious - some of the best we’ve ever had. They are traditional, authentic Mexican tacos, so small with cilantro and onion (not Americanized with cheese, sour cream etc). The taco shells are probably the best we’ve ever had and we’ve eaten a lot of authentic tacos both in and out of this country. The service they dish out first is always nice, respectful, and friendly. The food is always chef’s kiss, and the atmosphere is lite and chill. I appreciate how fast our food gets to us and how amazing the food tastes. If we ever eat Mexican food elsewhere and get let down, we can always come back and have our tacos and burritos hit every time.
